The normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding AAYDA will be changed

Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed an order in order to ensure the implementation of the decree of the head of state dated October 10, 2022, "On making changes to the decree of the president of the country dated December 19, 2017, on ensuring the activities of the State Agency of Azerbaijan Highways".

Qazet.az report that according to the decree, the proposals of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the adaptation of normative legal acts to the latest decree, in agreement with the State Agency of Azerbaijan Highways (AAYDA) and other relevant state bodies (legal entities of the state) to be determined in the implementation process, will be submitted to the government within two months. must present.

In addition, when the participants of the agreement process (main and joint executors) request the status of execution by taking appropriate measures on the issues arising from the rulemaking duties related to the implementation of this order (review, preparation, agreement, presentation of projects and proposals, etc.), the information for execution to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers before the end of the first half of the allocated period, and at the same time, the subjects who submitted the drafts of legal acts to the main executive were instructed to ensure compliance with the requirements of Articles 48.2, 48.3 and 48.5 of the Law "On Normative Legal Acts", respectively .
