The Ombudsman visited the Second Alley of Martyrs

Human Rights Commissioner (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva and employees of the Office visited the Second Martyrs Alley on the eve of Victory Day.

Qazet.az was told by the press service of the Ombudsman's office that Sabina Aliyeva gave a speech during the commemoration ceremony, expressed her condolences to the family members of the martyrs and asked for patience. He pointed out that our heroic and brave army, under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief Muzaffar, freed our lands from the enemy and restored historical justice.

Sabina Aliyeva emphasized the exceptional services of our martyrs in achieving Victory in the Patriotic War and said that their memory will live forever in the hearts of the Azerbaijani people.

Employees of the Ombudsman and the Office paid tribute to the martyrs of the Patriotic War and laid flowers on their graves. Prayers were read for the souls of the martyrs.
