The overall level of satisfaction with customs services in Azerbaijan is 80-84%
As a result of the online survey conducted by the State Customs Committee for foreign trade participants and customs representatives, it was found that their overall satisfaction level with customs services is 80-84%.

According to the information, the survey is about the use of electronic services, reforms in customs bodies, transparency, customs legislation, etc. covered the topics, and at the same time created conditions for making relevant proposals for the further development of customs services.

The overall satisfaction rate in the responses provided by 222 foreign trade participants was 80%, and the overall satisfaction rate in the responses provided by 313 customs representatives was 84%. Respondents made a total of 295 proposals.

The results of both surveys and the suggestions made were evaluated.

Such surveys are planned to be held regularly in the future. The committee called for active participation in such surveys.
