The Press Council had a meeting with the representatives of the Public Union of Sports Journalists of Azerbaijan
There was a meeting between the chairman of the Public Union of Sports Journalists of Azerbaijan (PSJU) Azer Ismayil and the members of the management board and the chairman of the Azerbaijan Press Council (PSC).

According to the information given to Qazet.az reports by AIJIB, a number of issues were discussed at the meeting.

Rashad Majid, chairman of the Sports Council, said that sports journalism has developed significantly in recent years. He spoke about the importance of the organization of field journalists in general, and emphasized its importance in terms of supporting the specialization of the profession.

The representatives of Azerbaijan Sports Journalists PU gave extensive information about the activities of the institution they represent. They emphasized that the main goal is to support the differentiation of sports journalism itself.

At the meeting, opinions were exchanged on various directions of joint cooperation.
