According to Qazet.az reports, this was reflected in the law on amending the law "On Traffic" approved by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the new article added to the law, when motor vehicles are compulsorily insured for the civil liability of their owners in accordance with the Law "On Compulsory Insurance", and in the case of motor vehicles that carry out passenger transportation services, also when individual accident insurance of their passengers (with the exception of passengers transported within the city and town) is carried out. will be released for review. According to this rule, the existence of the relevant executive insurance contract will be checked through the electronic information system provided for in the Law "On Compulsory Insurances".
