The requirements for those working with children in Azerbaijan are being changed.

According to Qazet.az report, the related issue was discussed at the next meeting of the Human Rights Committee of the Milli Majlis, which was held in the format of a video conference.

So, regarding the issue, in the Labor Code, Family Code, Criminal Code, Criminal-Procedural Code, "On Children's Rights", "On Lawyers and Advocacy Activities", "On Education", On Social Service", "State dactyloscopic and "On genome registration" and "On general education" laws are amended.

With the amendments, the requirements for those working with children, the application of criminal law to legal entities, the deprivation of parental rights, the definition of the circle of minors, and the issues related to the protection of children have been reflected.
