Russian BMX champion Vladimir Levin was killed.

Qazet.az reports with reference to the press service of the Russian Cycling Federation that he was killed at the age of 41.

Levin died as a result of an attack by a person with a knife in Saransk.

It should be noted that in 2000, the cyclist became the national champion in BMX category.
