The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia accused Russia
"Russia must fulfill its obligation to ensure uninterrupted and safe traffic on the road to Lachin."
Qazet.az reports with reference to "Novosti Armenia" that Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, said this at an extraordinary session of the parliament on December 20.
According to him, according to the tripartite statement signed on November 10, 2020, the Lachin road is under the control of the Russian peacekeeping forces.
A. Grigoryan said that it is obvious which country is responsible for this issue and what happened: "We are working with Russia on the issue of quick opening of the road. Russia must fulfill its obligation to ensure its uninterrupted and safe movement. Therefore, I call on the opposition to act in this direction."
He stressed that the Armenian authorities are using all means to solve the crisis.
