The space agencies of Azerbaijan and Pakistan have signed a Memorandum of Understanding
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Space Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport ("Azercosmos") and the Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission of Pakistan (SUPARCO).

According to information, the document envisages cooperation in various fields of space. This includes joint action on space science, technology and applications, capacity building, and exchange of experience.
Samaddin Asadov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Azerkosmos", said that the memorandum is important in terms of improving space-oriented services between Azerbaijan and Pakistan, further expanding the space program, including the development of spatial information.
Chairman of SUPARCO, Amer Nadem, emphasized that this memorandum will create wide opportunities for joint activities for the sake of the prosperous future of our countries.
