The State Customs Committee is launching a new project
Entrepreneurs engaged in foreign trade will no longer waste additional time waiting for days of expert results to determine the classification of goods and the country of origin.

Qazet.az report  was informed about this by the State Customs Committee.

It was reported that according to the new "Mandatory Decisions" project carried out by the Committee, information on imported or exported goods will be sent electronically to the customs service in advance, the classification of goods and the country of origin will be determined by the Central Customs Expertise Department, and the adopted decisions will be presented to entrepreneurs in advance.

Now, business entities can address their applications from the "Mandatory Decisions" subsection by entering the "For Entrepreneurs" section of the Committee's official website.

In the 44th column of the customs declaration, the code 5 013 if the binding decision is related to the classification, 7 001 if it is related to the country of origin, the number and date of the decision should be noted.
