The trial of an Azerbaijani suspected of murder will be held in Germany
The investigation into the criminal case of the Azerbaijani Elchin Aghayev, who is suspected of committing murder in Germany, was concluded and sent to the Detmol City Court.

The Detmol City Prosecutor's Office informed about this to the inquiry of Qazet.az report 

The trial of thirty-six-year-old E. Aghayev has been scheduled for January 8 to February 6. The court scheduled three hearings for witnesses and victims.

It should be noted that the incident took place on June 18 this year, in Kallettal, North Rhine-Westphalia. Thus, 39-year-old Andrej F. Rintelner was killed with an ax.

Elchin Agayev is suspected of having committed the incident. According to information, the murder was committed out of jealousy.

After the war in Ukraine, E. Agayev came to Germany with his wife Olga and two children. They stayed as guests in the house of a couple named Andrej and Nadine.

Elchin Agayev, who has been wanted in Germany for more than a month, was detained by a special operation conducted by the police in a town near the German-Polish border.
