The air temperature was recorded in Baku and Absheron peninsula up to 4 degrees, in Aran regions up to 3 degrees, in mountainous regions - 5-8 degrees, and in high mountainous areas - 11-13 degrees of frost.

Due to the cold, frosty weather observed in the country, there is a possibility of ice blocking of the roads in the mountainous regions.
