"Leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia Vladimir Putin, Ilham Aliyev, and Nikol Pashinyan do not plan to hold a trilateral meeting within the framework of the CIS informal summit to be held in St. Petersburg, said Spokesperson of Russian President Dmitry Peskov, Qazet.az reports
"No, there will not be a trilateral meeting, but bilateral contacts, surely, will take place within the framework of informal meeting. CIS leaders will be given the opportunity to speak one-on-one," said a Kremlin spokesperson.
