Toivo Klaar visits Armenia

Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union (EU) on the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Toivo Klaar, is visiting Armenia, Qazet.az reports citing his Twitteraccount.
Klaar said that he would hold a number of meetings in Yerevan this afternoon.
