Tokayev signs a law restricting Nazarbayev's powers

President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a law annulling the decision to coordinate domestic and foreign policy initiatives with the first President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Qazet.az reports citing TASS.

Earlier, Nazarbayev's lifetime presidency in the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan was also abolished by a decision approved by the parliament.
