Top US diplomat with Zelensky in Kyiv

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has arrived in Kyiv and is holding talks with Ukraine President Zelensky, Qazet.az reports according to a Ukrainian presidential adviser.

Oleksiy Arestovych said this in a social media video. The US has not commented.

If confirmed, Secretary Blinken would be the highest-ranking US official to visit Ukraine's capital since the Russian invasion began.
