Qazet.az reports that Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci said this during a meeting with students at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC).

He said that the former Minsk Group of the OSCE was also distinguished by its inactivity:

"There were visits, but no contribution was made to the result. Also, the World Health Organization became incompetent during the coronavirus pandemic. Thus, trust in international organizations has decreased."
