Turkey has become a member of the Artificial Intelligence Global Partnership
At the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Global Partnership of Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) held in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, Turkey's membership application to the organization was unanimously approved.
The local bureau of Qazet.az reports that this was mentioned in the information released by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA).
GPAI is a multi-stakeholder initiative that aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice in the field by supporting the latest research and practice on AI priorities. The institution in question complies with the artificial intelligence recommendations of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), which are based on human-centered values and promote the safe, responsible and sustainable use of artificial intelligence to advance international cooperation.
