Turkish FM Movlud Cavusoglu has congratulated Azerbaijani people on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day, Turkish FM wrote on Twitter, Qazet.az reports.

“Following the victory in the righteous fight, the flag of Azerbaijan is waving in Karabakh, and the kharıbulbul is blooming with enthusiasm. Happy Victory Day of brother Azerbaijan. May our dear martyrs rest in peace,” Turkish Minister noted.
