Two new judges will be appointed to the Supreme Court of Nakhchivan
Two new judges will be appointed to the Supreme Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

According to Qazet.az reports an amendment to the law "On Courts and Judges" is proposed in this regard.

With the change, Beylerli Sakhavat Shahhuseyh oglu, judge of the Serious Crimes Court of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and Novruzov Sakhavat Huseyn oglu, judge of the Administrative Court of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, were nominated for appointment as judges of the Supreme Court of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Drafts of amendments to the law were discussed at today's meeting of the Legal Policy and State Building Committee of the Milli Majlis. After discussions, the project was recommended to the plenary session of the parliament.
