Ukraine claims to destroy 'large' Russian landing ship

Ukrainian military officials said that they managed to destroy a large Russian landing ship 

On Thursday Ukrainian military officials said that they managed to destroy a large Russian landing ship called Saratov in the occupied port city of Berdyansk.

Qazet.az reports that another ship, the Orsk, was also destroyed and several other ships were damaged, military officials said.

 Ukraine's military claimed that Russia remains focused on conquering southern Ukraine, in an effort to create a "land bridge" to the occupied territory of Crimea.
