Russian forces are continuing to launch missile strikes on residential neighbourhoods across the country

 Ukraine's General Staff of the Armed Forces says Russian forces are continuing to launch missile strikes on residential neighbourhoods across the country. Focusing on targeting fuel storage compartments in an effort to "complicate logistics", Qazet.az reports.

In recent days fuel depots in several cities such as the capital Kyiv, as well as Lviv, Rivne, Zhytomyr and Lutsk, have been hit.

The Ukrainian military also claims that Russian units are terrorising local populations in the capital Kyiv, Zaphorizhzhia, Kherson and Kharkiv by looting, kidnapping and holding civilians hostage
