Ukraine withdraws from another CIS agreement

Ukraine has withdrawn from another agreement of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Qazet.az reports citing Ukrinform.
According to the information, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the draft law "On withdrawal from the Agreement on the perpetuation of the memory of the courage and heroism of the peoples of the States members of the Commonwealth of Independent States in 1941-1945."
An explanation on withdrawing from the agreement states that considering the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, participation in such an agreement is inappropriate.
The agreement was signed in Dushanbe on September 3, 2011, and Ukraine ratified the agreement on April 18, 2013.
