Ukrainian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladislav Kanevsky has congratulated Azerbaijani people on the occasion of October 18- Day of Restoration of Independence, the ambassador tweeted, Qazet.az reports.
"We deliver our congratulations to friendly Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the restoration of the state indepencence. We wish you peace, harmony, and prosperity", said the ambassador.
