President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting of the General Staff.

Qazet.az reports that the head of state wrote this in a telegram.

He said that preparation for winter was discussed at the meeting: "The commanders of the troops in strategic directions gave information about the situation on the front. Three main issues were discussed at the meeting. First, to provide our army with equipment and weapons. Second, protection of energy infrastructure facilities. And the third is to organize the work of infrastructure facilities in winter with high quality."

V. Zelensky noted that it will not be easy, but Ukraine will win.

It should be noted that Russia destroyed approximately 50% of Ukraine's energy infrastructure.
