"We are ready for a dialogue on Ukraine."
Qazet.az reports with reference to the Russian press that this was said by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov.
He said that for this, serious proposals are needed: "Russia's interests should be taken into account in such a proposal."
It should be recalled that the large-scale war between Russia and Ukraine began on February 24, 2022.
After ratification by the Russian State Duma and the Federation Council, V. Putin approved the agreements on October 5.
