The World Health Organization (WHO) has conducted a comprehensive assessment of the emergency care system in Azerbaijan.

Qazet.az informs that the assessment covered the organization, management, financing, information on the ambulance, improving its quality, on-site assistance, transportation, transfer, as well as dispatch, inpatient care, and emergency preparedness.

Within the framework of the assessment, experts from the WHO Headquarters and the Country Office, together with representatives of TABIB, visited six hospitals and dispatch centers in Baku, Shirvan, Salyan, and Lankaran.
