Zagatala bioreserve under development, Katex waterfall may become tourist destination

"At present, a project to establish the Zagatala Bioreserve on the basis of the Zagatala State Nature Reserve has been launched. Katex waterfall can be considered as one of the tourist routes," said Arzu Samadova, Deputy Chief of the Service of Protection of Biodiversity, Qazet.az informs.

According to her, after the completion of the project, a reserve will be created:

"This will allow ecotourism to operate there. Thus, the Katex waterfall can be considered as one of the tourist destination. It requires some research. The opinion of both local and foreign experts is essential."
